Representatives from the Georgia Farm Bureau have been visiting Georgia’s public libraries to donate copies of “Sleep Tight Farm.” Beautifully illustrated, the book accurately and entertainingly describes to children how families prepare their farms for the coming winter. The book donation is part of an overall larger partnership between the Georgia Farm Bureau, Georgia Farm Bureau Foundation for Agriculture, Georgia National Fair and Agricenter, and the Georgia Public Library Service.
Thank you to Brittany Ivey, Georgia Farm Bureau District 2 Representative, for taking the time to visit the Toccoa-Stephens County Library, part of Northeast Georgia Regional Library, and meet with Emily McConnell, Library Manager, and Chantelle Grant, Children and Youth Services Specialist, who were delighted to receive the book.
